NO WAY!!! We have lived near this restaurant for years and have often visited it. Our experience today was sadly one of the worst we have experienced in the old port. The waitress cared little about us during the meal. We were treating some out of town guests to brunch, and we are frankly embarrassed to have brought them here. My wife ordered poached eggs - hard, and they were brought runny, returned and 20 minutes later brought out runny again! It was clear that it was done to spite us. This attitude might be tolerated in some other French capitols, but certainly not in Montreal where service and food are King and Queen. Today, Vallier was clearly the Jester and the joke was on us(the yoke too). Really too bad they do not care enough about their clients to do A BETTER JOB!!
